Each sport\u2019s\/club\u2019s Accountable Officer should name an existing member of staff as a COVID-19 officer, who will be responsible for oversight of the COVID-19 risk assessments, ensuring the necessary level of risk mitigations are in place and the minimum guidance are achieved has taken place and that sports and any partners\/hosts can adhere to their guidance responsibilities within local constraints<\/em><\/small><\/p>\n<p>In addition, the Welsh government has created a tracing program to help contain outbreaks even further, the <strong>Test Trace and Protect<\/strong> system (TTPS).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gov.wales\/test-trace-protect-html\">https:\/\/gov.wales\/test-trace-protect-html<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In support of this, as a Club, we are happy to provide some extra safety step.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attendance requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Before attending (and by a logical common sense) each member will have to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>self declare they are not displaying symptoms of covid-19 and they have not been in contact with a confirmed case in the past 14 days<\/li>\n<li>confirm our we have provided our most recent contact details to the club (generally full name and the phone number should be sufficient)<\/li>\n<li>renounce to attend should any of the above occur at the last minute or should they generally feel unwell<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Club, in the person of the Covid-19 Officer, is also required to keep an attendance record of each session along with contact details of the archers, in support of TTPS, to be solely used should an outbreak occur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you have any question, don&#8217;t hesitate\u00a0 to ask.
