Yes. You are right. The Double WA1440<\/span> tournament is coming back this year!<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Save the date: Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th of September<\/strong>.
\nSave the place: Corus – Shotton Rugby Field – Deeside – Flintshire – North Wales – UK – Earth<\/strong><\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

Corus Deeside Archery Club is happy to host a double WA1440<\/span>\u00a0(or an ex FITA 1440<\/span> for the aficionados) at the end of this summer.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

The tournament, organised by Pete Pendrey and Angelo Maragna, will see about 160 archers between Saturday and Sunday shooting<\/strong> to beat their personal bests and – hopefully – some World Records<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We had excellent juniors shooting last year and we do hope to be the venue for some new stars of archery this year as well.<\/p>\n

The registration isn’t yet open<\/strong>, but all has been confirmed with Archery GB and the same set of brilliant judges… so stay tuned.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

We’ll try to book another weekend of excellent sun, but you know how these things go. You can never really count on it.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

I guess, if we had a mild winter, that’s probably because we are heating the engines once again.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Arrows will fly. Fun will flow.<\/strong><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n
