There are three ways of joining the club, depending on your experience.
Beginners course
If you have no experience then sign up for a beginners course. This is your best way as we teach you the basis of shooting safely and if you pass at the end you can join the club immediately. Check the beginners course page.
Active ArcherGB member
If you an experienced archer with a valid ArcheryGB membership card and you wish to transfer your membership to our club, then use the contact information on this website to arrange to meet a club officer on one of our shooting days. Contact information.
Archer with previous experience
If you are a lapsed member of ArcheryGB (or GNAS) or have previous experience of shooting with a bow and arrow, then we will need to do a safety assessment before you can join. We’ll evaluate your current knowledge to ensure you understand the basic etiquette of archery and understand the need to practice archery in a way that is safe to you and others.
